Welcome to Shaibar. By accessing or using our API platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Shaibar service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Shaibar provides a unified API gateway that aggregates access to various AI model providers. We resell third-party AI capabilities and do not develop or own the underlying AI models. Service availability may vary by provider.

3. Account & API Keys

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
  • API keys must not be shared publicly or with unauthorized parties.
  • You are liable for all activity under your account, including usage and charges.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Shaibar to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or extract raw model weights
  • Resell or redistribute API access without written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without authorization
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Billing & Payments

  • Usage is billed in real time based on your consumption of API credits.
  • Minimum top-up amount is 1 USDT (or equivalent in credits).
  • All payments via cryptocurrency are non-refundable once processed.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Overdue accounts may be suspended without further notice.

6. Third-Party Providers

Your use of AI models is also subject to the terms of their respective providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, MiniMax, etc.). We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outputs of any third-party model.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaibar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaibar, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Shaibar platform, branding, and documentation are proprietary. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our API. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.

11. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
